TOURIST TAX:
# it is a tax that is paid upon arrival, equivalent to 5.50 euros per person per night, excluding children under 12 years. It is possible to pay by credit card.

CHECK IN

# The apartment will be available from 3pm, in case of early arrival you will still have the opportunity to leave your luggage here with us, to start exploring the city comfortably.

CANCELLATION

# The cancellation or reduction of an already confirmed booking must be communicated via email ([email protected]) or telephone (+39) 055 2639771, (+39) 328 7665169, referring to your booking.
# The customer has the right to cancel his reservation, without any cost, up to 7 days before the date of his arrival.

# For cancellations or reductions in the stay communicated less than 7 days before the arrival date, a penalty equal to the entire stay will be charged.

# If the guest arrives but does not wish to stay he is required to pay the full amount of the stay.

Tariff conditions

- It is possible to cancel the reservation for free by contacting us at least 7 days before the arrival date

- For cancellations 7 days before the arrival date, 100% of the booking amount will be charged
